Hollywood, Maryland:  Surveying services for a 20 acre creosote contaminated soil clean-up included existing conditions surveys, base map preparation, monitoring well surveys, As-Built record surveys and material quantity surveys.

 

York County, Pennsylvania:  Complete surveying services for a 234 acre municipal solid waste landfill including but not limited to boundary surveys, topographic mapping, new cell construction layout and as-built record plans.  Performed operation filling guidance, intermediate airspace quantity surveys for planning, scheduling, compaction determination, control of gate yardage.  Responsible for all activities on closed areas, utility surveys and as-built record plans of electric services, leachate systems. Performed methane gas system route surveys and layout and monitoring well surveys - horizontal and vertical data.

 

Edgewood, Maryland:  A hazardous waste landfill capping project which required existing condition surveys - Level D and C, establishing of USGS site control, construction stakeout and grading and As-Built record and documentation surveying and plans. 

 

Gloucester County, Virginia:  Certifying Surveyor for municipal solid waste landfill, including but not limited to initial base topography survey, wetlands locations, monitoring well locations, construction layout of transfer station, entrance/access roads, utilities,  parking areas, preliminary refuse cell areas, erosion and sedimentation structures, leachate tank pad and settling monitoring.  FSA provided all required surveying and record documentation drawings used in the first landfill ‘cell’ opening and the opening of five citizen waste  convenience centers.

 

King George County, Virginia:  Pre-construction topographic surveys and cell construction stakeout and grading for  new municipal solid waste site, as well as as-built record documentation survey and plans, quantity of materials for payment verification, stakeout and grading of railroad yard used in waste hauling operations and all site infrastructure.
